After 26 years of volunteer experience helping those patients and their families who have crossed our paths, we recognize that the skill set we have acquired is unique. The need is great for people to learn how to advocate for themselves or a loved one before the crisis occurs. PATHS is registered as a nonprofit 501(c) (3) charity with the IRS.

1. Monetary Donations:

Each donor will be able to receive a tax donation for their generous gift. All donations will be recognized and a tax I.D. letter will be received by the giver.

Checks should be made out to PATHS and mailed to Ste. 2, 116 Russet Lane, Boxborough, MA 01719

Gifts can be:

• made in honor of a loved one
• in memory of a family member or special friend
• we would like to recognize each gift but will respect the wishes of some donors to remain anonymous

2. In-Kind Donations:

The following types of in-kind donations of goods and services are welcome:

• Computer equipment- projectors for seminars
• Copying and printing services
• General office supplies
• Items for silent auctions or raffles
• Entertainers for benefit events
